We’re looking for an experienced HR Senior Executive / Manager to join our team at BondsIndia!

What we look for

At BondsIndia, we've found ourselves building way too many exciting things — we can’t keep up. We need you to come and drive several key projects.

You will be part of the product team, led by our co-founder and Head of Product.

You will work collaboratively with business leads and engineers to deliver products that help hundreds of thousands of users achieve their financial goals.

You’ll interview, ideate, brainstorm, spec, monitor, manage launch plans, over-communicate, talk, listen, listen, listen, and follow the data. And then celebrate. And then repeat.

You’ll need to understand what good design is, how sticky products talk to users, how to create irresistible user experiences, what matters the most in each situation, what trade-offs to take. You’ll need to fully own the things you work on.

What you’ll do

Handling end to end Recruitment Process (IT & Non-IT)

Maintain employee records

Managing Payroll Process

Setting up new HR Process and Procedure

Coordinating post recruitment activities like salary fitment for selected candidates, preparing and rolling out offer letters.

Performing joining formalities like preparation of Joining docket, on boarding and documentation.

Updating MIS and HR Database.

Keeping records of attendance and leave of the employees.

Managing day-to-day problems of the employees in best possible way.

Conduct exit interview of the resigning employee.

Our ideal candidate

Graduate/Post Graduate/ MBA in HRM

2-5 years of experience in same domain

Excellent communication skills

Go getter attitude
