We’re looking for an experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at BondsIndia!

What we look for

At BondsIndia, we've found ourselves building way too many exciting things — we can’t keep up. We need you to come and drive several key projects.

You will be part of the product team, led by our co-founder and Head of Product.

You will work collaboratively with business leads and engineers to deliver products that help hundreds of thousands of users achieve their financial goals.

You’ll interview, ideate, brainstorm, spec, monitor, manage launch plans, over-communicate, talk, listen, listen, listen, and follow the data. And then celebrate. And then repeat.

You’ll need to understand what good design is, how sticky products talk to users, how to create irresistible user experiences, what matters the most in each situation, what trade-offs to take. You’ll need to fully own the things you work on.

What you’ll do

New client acquisition both individual/corporate.

Able to generate queries/work on market opportunities & convert them into business.

Work with internal departments such as the Marketing or Product teams to engage clients more deeply.

Meet & exceeds KPIs and sales target. Knowledge in handling / negotiating contract commercial terms and conditions.

Build a strong network with customers to get repeat business.

Identifying & exploring new markets and tapping profitable business opportunities.

Monitoring competition, generating MIS reports, and devising effective counter-strategies to stand out from the competition.

Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them including assistance with compliance questions, problems, and/or, concerns.

Aim to preserve customers and renew contracts

Local knowledge of the catchment and competition.

Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts.

Handle the asset and financial product of the company.

We are registered as stock broker in New Debt Segment of BSE Limited. Essentially, we act under the fintech domain to serve our clients for their wealth management and advisory needs more specifically towards the fixed income asset class.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Sales / Relationship Manager to build and preserve trusting relationships with our customers. We also expect you to be a self starter with an analytical mind and a solution provider.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • New client acquisition both individual/corporate.
  • Able to generate queries/work on market opportunities & convert them into business.
  • Work with internal departments such as the Marketing or Product teams to engage clients more deeply.
  • Meet & exceeds KPIs and sales target. Knowledge in handling / negotiating contract commercial terms and conditions.
  • Build a strong network with customers to get repeat business.
  • Identifying & exploring new markets and tapping profitable business opportunities.
  • Monitoring competition, generating MIS reports, and devising effective counter-strategies to stand out from the competition.
  • Conducting exit formalities for all employees.
  • Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them including assistance with compliance questions, problems, and/or, concerns.
  • Aim to preserve customers and renew contracts
  • Local knowledge of the catchment and competition.
  • Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts.
  • Handle the asset and financial product of the company.

Key Requirement :

  • 1.5-2 years of experience
